SKINNY MYTH:  “Chocolate is bad for you.”

Depending on you, it could be a myth or a truth.

Chocolate can be healthy. Cocoa and dark chocolate are actually good for you in the form of flavonoids, which  have antioxidant properties and are believed to help the body's cells resist damage caused by free radicals, which are formed by normal bodily processes such as breathing, as well as by environmental contaminants like cigarette smoke.

But the truth is, lighter milk chocolate is a calorie adder, and if you eat more than one serving of chocolate per day, you’re overdoing it. You can get all the healthy benefits of dark chocolate with just one serving.
